Seat and back preference

Describe the seat depth, back support and firmness you would like to try.

Delivery access

Measure doors, corridor turns and lift openings, and share stair or floor details.

Ask to see the upholstery options available for the design. Compare colours and textures in the lighting where the sofa will be used.

Mention children, pets, direct sunlight and how often the sofa is used. Ask for the fabric’s own cleaning instructions rather than assuming every cover is washable.

Request the frame material, cushion specification, removable-cover details and final dimensions in writing. Confirm any mechanism or storage feature separately.
